Our Lead Attorney: Justin L. Scott, Esq.

Mr. Scott offers expertise in elder law, including wills and trusts, Medicaid planning, asset preservation, and probate. A Liberty University graduate, he refined his skills through clerking in Washington, D.C., and working in Jersey.

Recognized by the Avvo Client Choice Award and "Top Attorney" honors, Mr. Scott is active in bar associations and is an author of five elder law publications. Outside work, he volunteers, enjoys traveling, Philadelphia sports, Broadway, and golfing - cherishing time with his daughter Sofia.
